Welcome to the WorkOne services network for Workforce Region 10 in Southern Indiana.  This site uses two separate systems working side by side to serve you better. One system is the State of Indiana's Job Matching System, CS3. CS3 provides access to nationwide job matching and the ability to register for unemployment benefits on line. The other system is WorkOne. WorkOne offers additional regional tools: Job search, resume builder, making application online, and career information resources! Region 10's resident labor force is approximately 142,600 people. The Region is also part of a larger 24-county bi-state economy and labor market that includes the Louisville metro area and counties south. Workforce Region 10 in Southern Indiana has economic strength and potential in a variety of business/industry and employment sectors.  The 24 county bi-state region is comprised of 8 counties in Indiana and 16 counties in Kentucky.
